Hacked site, cleaned and recovered
A hacked site is not just embarrassing. It redirects your visitors to spam, it gets you flagged by Google and by browsers, and it keeps getting reinfected until someone finds the way in. We do the full job: remove the malware, recover the site, close the hole, and get the warnings lifted.

- The entry point found and closed, so it does not come back
- Google Safe Browsing and host blocklist warnings cleared
The full sweep, files and database
Most reinfections happen because the first cleanup missed a backdoor. We scan the full file system and database against known-good versions, check every admin user, and trace the infection to how it got in.
- Full file and database scan against clean core, plugin and theme files
- Every injected script, redirect, spam page and hidden admin user removed
- Backdoors, web shells and cron-job persistence hunted down
Close the door behind us
Cleaning without closing the hole just buys you a week. We patch or replace the vulnerable component, rotate every credential, and harden the site so the same attack does not work twice.
- Vulnerable plugins and themes updated or replaced
- All passwords, keys and salts rotated; sessions invalidated
- File permissions, admin access and login hardened
Get the warnings lifted
A clean site that still shows a red warning screen is still losing you traffic and trust. We handle the review requests so the flags come off.
- Google Safe Browsing review requested through Search Console
- Host and blocklist removal requests filed and followed up
- Spam pages removed from Google's index where they were cached
What's included
Everything in the box, on every plan
- Emergency backup. A forensic copy taken before we touch anything, so nothing is lost and we can trace what happened.
- Full malware removal. Every injected file, database entry, redirect and spam page removed and verified against clean sources.
- Backdoor sweep. Web shells, hidden users and persistence mechanisms found and eliminated.
- Vulnerability fix. The way in patched, updated or replaced, and credentials rotated.
- Hardening & firewall. Login, permissions and access hardened; a firewall and monitoring installed.
- Blocklist recovery. Google and host warnings reviewed and lifted, with a report for your records.
How it works
Priority cleanups start within 24 hours and most are done in 1 to 2 days. Standard starts within 2 business days. Blocklist reviews are on Google's clock, usually 1 to 3 days after we file.
Triage
You send access. We take a forensic backup, confirm the scope, and give you a plain-language picture of what is going on within hours.
Clean
Malware removed from files and database, backdoors swept, spam pages deleted, everything verified against known-good versions.
Close & harden
The entry point fixed, all credentials rotated, the site hardened, and a firewall and monitoring put in place.
Recover & report
Blocklist and Safe Browsing reviews filed, the site confirmed clean, and a report handed over with what happened and how to stay safe.

Frequently asked questions
How do you know you got all of it?
We compare every core, plugin and theme file against a known-clean version, scan the database, and check for the persistence tricks attackers use. Then we run it again after hardening. The reinfection guarantee is there because we are confident in the process.
Will I lose my content or my site?
No. We take a forensic backup before touching anything and clean in place. Your pages, posts, products and settings stay. Only the malicious code and spam pages are removed.
Google is showing a warning on my site. Can you fix that?
Yes. Once the site is verified clean we request the Safe Browsing review through Search Console and file host and blocklist removals. That is included in Priority and available as an add-on to Standard.
My host says they cleaned it but it came back.
That is the classic sign of a missed backdoor or an unpatched entry point. A host scan removes what it recognises; it rarely closes the hole. That is exactly what this service is for.
How do I stop this happening again?
The Priority plan installs a firewall and monitoring, and a maintenance plan keeps everything patched and backed up. Most reinfections happen to sites that were never updated after the first cleanup.
