The small jobs that never get done

Most site work is not a project. It is a broken form, a layout that looks wrong on one phone, a price that needs changing on nine pages. We take that list off you.

  • Bug fixes and layout problems across browsers and devices
  • Content edits, new pages and design tweaks
  • Small features: a form, a filter, an integration, a calculator

Changes you approve before they ship

You stay in control. Anything that touches how the site behaves is described in plain language and waits for your yes before it goes live.

  • A staging site for anything risky, so live is never the test
  • Plain-language notes on what changed and why
  • Nothing published without your sign-off

The same small team every time

You get the same small team every time. They keep notes on your stack, your quirks and your preferences, so you are not re-explaining the site on every request.

  • One point of contact who knows your setup
  • Email, a shared board, or WhatsApp, whatever suits you
  • Honest estimates, and a heads-up before anything runs long

What's included

Everything in the box, on every plan

  • Priority request queue. Your requests jump the general queue. First response in one business day.
  • A monthly hours pool. A set number of support hours each month for fixes, edits and small builds. Unused hours roll over once.
  • Staging environment. A copy of your site for testing anything that could affect live.
  • Emergency cover. Site down or checkout broken? That skips the queue entirely, any day.
  • Monthly report. A short summary of every request handled, with time used and what is left.
  • Quarterly review. A call to look at recurring issues and whether a bigger fix would save you money.

How it works

First response within one business day on Essentials, same business day on Priority. Most small jobs are done within two to four working days of sign-off.

01

Onboarding

We document your hosting, stack, logins and the way you like to work, and set up the shared board and staging site.

02

Send requests

Add a request to the board or send a message. You get an estimate and a start time back the same or next business day.

03

Build and review

We do the work on staging where it matters, then send it for your sign-off before it goes live.

04

Report and adjust

A monthly summary shows time used. If you consistently need more or less, we move you to the right plan.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a support request?

Anything that takes a few hours or less: a bug, a content or design edit, a new page, a small feature, a plugin conflict. Larger builds are quoted separately and get a discounted rate on a plan.

What if I need more hours one month?

Extra hours are billed at your plan's rate, and we always tell you before a request runs over. If it keeps happening, we move you to a bigger plan so you are not paying overage.

Do you support any platform?

WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and custom or headless stacks. Tell us what you are on during onboarding and we confirm before you commit.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. It is month to month. Pause it for a quiet season or cancel with 14 days' notice, no lock-in.

Do you also do the hosting and updates?

That is the maintenance plan. Many clients take both: maintenance keeps the site running and updated, support handles the changes and fixes you ask for.

Tell us about your site

A short message with your URL and what you need is enough. We'll come back with a plan, a price and a timeline, and tell you straight if we're not the right fit.
