Coaching is you doing the work with a second set of expert eyes each week. This projects the trajectory for a solo operator or in-house marketer publishing consistently and acting on the direction from each session. It moves slower than a done-for-you engagement, and the skills stay with you.
Strategy usually clicks in the first two or three sessions; the traffic follows the content you ship after that.
The model assumes:
- A small existing site starting at ~400 organic sessions per month
- Weekly or fortnightly 1:1 sessions, with you doing the execution between them
- Roughly four well-researched pages published per month
- A 1.8% email-signup conversion rate on that traffic

How is coaching different from hiring a specialist?
With coaching, you keep doing the work and I make sure it's the right work: strategy, review and direction. Hiring a specialist means the work is done for you. Coaching is the better fit when you have time but not certainty.
Do I need an existing website?
It helps a lot, but no. If you're at the idea stage we can spend the first sessions on niche selection and site structure so you start on solid ground.
What experience level is this for?
Beginner to intermediate mostly, plus freelance SEOs who want to work at a more senior level. Sessions are pitched to where you are.
How long do people usually stay?
Most take a focused block of one to three months to fix strategy and build momentum, then check in less often. There's no lock-in.
What does it cost?
