Hostinger runs LiteSpeed with LSCache on every plan, so a cached site is fast out of the box. Bluehost runs a more traditional stack and generally lands behind in independent tests. If page speed and Core Web Vitals matter to you, this favours Hostinger.
Ease of use
Bluehost's onboarding is more guided for a first WordPress or WooCommerce site, and it has phone support, which Hostinger dropped. For a non-technical owner who wants to talk to a person, that is worth something.
The verdict
Pick Hostinger for a faster site at a lower long-term cost, especially if your audience is in Europe or Asia or you will add a CDN. Pick Bluehost if guided WordPress setup and phone support outweigh speed, and uncheck the checkout add-ons either way.
